goal in mind - to provide the Oriental carpet enthusiast
and buyer a high quality selection of hand knotted
carpets at wholesale not inflated retail prices
as found at other sellers of hand made carpets.
By being direct
importers from India, Pakistan, Egypt, Turkey,
Bulgaria and Romania, we pay import prices and then sell
to all buyers at wholesale. We sell each
new carpet on a simple square foot price system - just
measure the wool pile length and width and multiply to
get a total area and then multiply the square foot price
(eg.: 8' X 10' = 80 sq.ft. X $22/ sq.ft. =$1760)
To establish a sq.
ft. price, four (4) criteria are considered: Knots per
square inch (KPSI), intricacy of design, number of
colors used, and quality of wool.
